Michael came today to evaluate my "foggy" windows. I didn't think my builder would be able to help me because I've been here over 2 years. But, Michael found the name of the installer and the fact that there is a warranty on the glass. He got the name and number so I can follow up. He was such a big help. I can't describe what a relief it is to have someone who will go out of their way to help.
